One man's sweet tooth has landed him behind bars.

Police say 22-year-old Edwin Mizael Lozoya walked into the Ranch Market near 59th Avenue and Thomas Road and tried to walk out with two bags of candy he without paying for them.

He was confronted by a store manager and gave the candy back. He was then asked to leave the store, according to the report.

Police said Lozoya did not leave and ran back into the store and took a knife from an employee's belt and threatened to kill the manager who confronted him.
