PHOENIX — Phoenix police are investigating a homicide after a man was found injured near 44th Street and University Drive.
Authorities say around 12:30 a.m. Saturday Phoenix Police officers were patrolling the area when they spotted an injured man on 47th Street.
Paramedics transported him to a hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Investigators say the victim's injuries are consistent with foul play but a cause of death hasn't been released.
