Each Friday, we're looking for your help to track down fugitives in Arizona.

Wanted: Derek Ryan Murrell

Charges: Probation violation on original charge of sexual conduct with a minor

Derek Murrell plead guilty to charges of sexual conduct with a minor in 2013.

In May 2012, Murrell, then 22, was accused of having sex with a family friend who was in her early teens.

He was caught by the girl's mother, hiding under the bed, in the girl's room.

Court paperwork says, "He jumped up, put on his shoes, and fled the house carrying his computer."

Murrell pleaded guilty and was given lifetime probation.

On May 5, 2018, Murrell cut off his electronic monitoring device and left it on the Dobson Road onramp to the Loop 202.

Murrell is 28-years-old, 5-foot 8-inches tall, and weighs 160 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.
