Wanted: Manuel Perez
Charges: Probation violation of amended charges of attempted sexual conduct with a minor
For seven years, Manuel Perez sexually assaulted a girl, paying her to have sex with him. It started when the girl was just 4-years old and lasted until she was 11. He started by paying the girl $1 for each offense, raising the payment to $5 for each time as she got older.
He also watched pornographic movies with the girl and other children.
Perez, 51, was born in Puerto Rico and later worked as a certified nurse in nursing homes, hospitals and private duty for the elderly.
Perez was given a 10.5 year prison sentence and lifetime probation after entering a plea agreement to a lesser charge of attempted sexual conduct with a minor.
He was released from prison in September 2012 and placed on lifetime probation. He has failed to register as a sex offender and has now absconded.
Investigators at the time of his sentencing considered him a predator and a risk to children.
Perez is listed as 6 foot 1 inch tall, about 210 pounds, with a shaved head and brown eyes.
