A Queen Creek man has been arrested in Chandler for attempted sexual conduct with a 12-year-old girl.
Chandler police report that on April 2 a man, later identified as 45-year-old Matthew William Unger, made contact with an undercover officer posing as a 12-year-old girl.
During the conversations, Unger discussed paying $400 for three hours of sex with the child. Unger allegedly said, "He wanted to make this a 'regular thing."
On April 7, Unger allegedly went to a location near Price Road and Chandler Boulevard, with $400 and three condoms where police met him.
Unger, who is disabled, has been charged with attempted sexual conduct with a minor and child prostitution.
