Rancho de Los Cerros, a replica 1800's Western town that includes an 8,000-square-foot hacienda residence and event venue surrounded by Catalina State Park near Tucson, is heading to auction.
Filled to the brim with more than 500 pieces of museum-worthy cowboy art and collectibles, the property sitting on 10 acres will be auctioned by Illinois-based Fine & Co. LLC.
The property, which dates to 1907, at one time operated as a Girl Scout camp.
The real estate will be sold at auction, subject to a minimum bid of $2.75 million.
