The University of Arizona is one of the 100 best institutions of higher education in the world, according to the 2021 U.S. News & World Report Best Global Universities list released Oct. 20.
The Tucson-based university tied for No. 97, dropping in its rankings from the previous two years, but still making an impressive finish out of 1,500 institutions across the 86 countries that were rated.
UArizona tied with University of Southampton in the United Kingdom.
Arizona State University ranked No. 146 on the Best Global Universities list while Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff was No. 722.
