Scottsdale-based Camelot Homes is marking its 50th anniversary with a $60,000 investment in arts education at Arizona State University.

The family-owned luxury homebuilder has been lead by three generations of the Hancock family since 1969, most of whom are ASU alumni.

With strong ties to the university and a shared passion for the arts, this investment in arts education is a natural fit for the company, said Trent Hancock , the vice president of operations for Camelot Homes.

“With this investment, we hope to shape the future of Arizona, to infuse our communities with arts and music, and to establish a company legacy of investing in our youth,” Hancock said in a statement.
