Scottsdale-based Camelot Homes is marking its 50th anniversary with a $60,000 investment in arts education at Arizona State University.

The family-owned luxury homebuilder has been lead by three generations of the Hancock family since 1969, most of whom are ASU alumni.

With strong ties to the university and a shared passion for the arts, this investment in arts education is a natural fit for the company, said Trent Hancock, the vice president of operations for Camelot Homes.

“With this investment, we hope to shape the future of Arizona, to infuse our communities with arts and music, and to establish a company legacy of investing in our youth,” Hancock said in a statement.
