Only one Arizona hospital makes US News' top children's hospital list

Once again, Phoenix Children's Hospital was the only pediatric hospital in Arizona to make the U.S. News & World Report's best children's hospital list.

For the past two years, PCH ranked in all 10 specialties, and once again, it did not make the national honor roll.

For 10 years, PCH has been named among the best children's hospitals in the country, said Robert Meyer, the hospital's president and CEO.

"But we're not resting on our laurels," he said. "We're always determined to improve quality measures and patient care. While these rankings are certainly an important indicator of our success, and although we are always striving to be listed as an Honor Roll hospital, the work we do is ultimately driven by wanting to provide top-quality care to every patient we serve."
