PARADISE VALLEY, AZ — A mountainside home in Paradise Valley that had been listed several times during the past two years has found a buyer, one who ponied up $9.5 million for the home.
While some luxury buyers aim for lots of property, the buyer, who has yet to be identified, gets a large mountain lot abutting the Phoenix Mountains Preserve on the north with sweeping views of the Valley in every other direction.
The seller, listed as Oklahoma-based company Silvercrest LLC according to Maricopa County records, and buyer were represented by Joan Levinson of Realty One Group.
The 9,094-square-foot home at 7560 N. Silvercrest Way was built in 2006 and originally sold for $8 million, one of the highest prices for a home in the Valley at the time. It features seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms within a very modern architectural feel.
