MESA, AZ — The Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport Authority is seeking a master developer for 400 acres of land envisioned to be a mixed-use district featuring retail, industrial and office uses.
The area, called GatewayEast, is located east of the airport along Ellsworth Road in Mesa. The new airport terminal will also eventually be constructed on the east side of the airport.
“Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport is really excited about this 400-acre mixed-use development opportunity,” Brian O’Neill, CEO of the airport authority, said. “This large tract of land will be very attractive for an experienced developer.”
