A Utah-based real estate company bought the Luhrs Building in downtown Phoenix for $14 million.

According to real estate database Vizzda, a partnership between Lincoln Property Co. and Invesco sold the building to Provo, Utah-based PEG Cos.

The 10-story tower was developed in 1924 and includes 108,000 square feet of space.
