PHOENIX — Day Two of the 2020 Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale Auction finished on Jan. 14 with more than 180 collector cars crossing the auction block.

Compared with opening day on Jan. 13, the top cars sold on Tuesday went for a higher price. That trend is expected continue with each day bringing higher prices as the week goes on.

Half the 10 cars sold at the highest price were from the 1950s and ‘60s. Some newer cars included two mid-2000s Bentley Continentals and a 2001 Aston Martin.

The top car on Tuesday was a resto-mod 1955 Chevrolet Bel Air restored to include a number of modern comforts, which sold for $73,700.
