There are more than 300 golf courses Arizona, and four were recognized as being among the top 100 golf resorts across North America, according to Golf Magazine.
Four resorts in Arizona were highlighted in the magazine's ranking, including the Talking Stick golf resort in Scottsdale.
Golf Magazine considered 243 different resorts, but whittled down the list by talking with golfers, industry veterans and travel writers.
Then it polled its readers and had panel of judges make the final selection.
