Zovio Inc. plans to hire another 300 people at its new Chandler headquarters within the next 12 to 18 months.
Andrew Clark, founder, president and CEO of the education technology services company, told the Business Journal he is encouraged by a plethora of local talent.
He said he still needs to hire technology, accounting, marketing, finance, human resources and data analytics positions to help Zovio's higher education institution and employer clients deliver an enhanced learning experience.
It was a no-brainer for Clark when he decided to move Zovio's headquarters from San Diego to Chandler in April. Clark said he was paying $8 million in annual leases to rent space in San Diego.
