Discount Tire has named a new CEO, the fifth in the company's long history.
Dean Muglia, who has spent 31 years with the Scottsdale-based tire retailer and who most recently served as chief corporate officer, was named Monday as the company's chief executive.
He will replace Michael Zuieback, who is moving to the executive chairman role.
Zuieback, who served as Discount Tire CEO since January 2015, initially chose Muglia for the chief corporate officer role.
