Banner Health is set to break ground this week on its newest health center project in northwest Glendale.
Leaders from Banner Health, its developer partner NexCore Group, Glendale Mayor Jerry Weiers and other government, community and business leaders will attend a ground-breaking ceremony on Jan. 29.
Phoenix-based architecture firm SmithGroup designed the building, to be located at 7701 W. Aspera Blvd.
NexCore and Banner Health are expected to invest $53 million to build the facility.
