MESA, AZ — Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich announced Tuesday that his office obtained a consent judgment filed against the owner of a car dealership in Mesa.
Santiago Ramirez Montelon, the owner of the car dealership Pacific Auto Sales, is now barred from owning a used car dealership or participating in the selling or financing of cars, according to a statement from Brnovich’s office.
According to the official consent judgment, Montelon operated his business from February 2012 to August 2018 in Mesa where many of his customers consisted of low-income workers who did not speak English.
