Another sport potentially looks to Valley to finish its season

Another sport is eyeing the Valley as a place to return to action after a suspended season.

This time it's the Monster Energy Supercross Championship that could bring seven motorcycle races to State Farm Stadium in Glendale, according to NBC sports and Racer X.

The dirt motorcycle racing series completed 10 of its 17 races before suspending the season because of the COVID-19 pandemic that shuttered sports leagues around the world.

Feld Entertainment, which runs the series, is beginning plans to begin running its remaining races in May.
