It's a new look for an Old Town Scottsdale hotel!
The Saguaro Scottsdale, the mid-century style building with the funky colors and quirky decor, underwent a major facelift by adding a huge indoor and outdoor event space and an overhaul of its 194 rooms.

The re-launch this month includes a new reception area.
"With the addition of the Agave Ballroom and Patio, we now have all the requisites to be event central," said Dennis Park, Director of Sales and Marketing. "We can accommodate social functions and corporate meetings of all sizes, from a reception for up to 500 people overlooking Scottsdale's scenic art destination, Civic Center Park, to a conference for 200 that includes separate dining and cocktail spaces, plus an office or boardroom. Guests will also be able to host intimate dinner celebrations with friends next to the fireplace on our Agave Patio."
The renovations took around five months to complete and include new color schemes in the rooms which were previously were adorned with the vibrant colors the hotel is known for. The sleeping areas now have a more neutral and calming selection of colors.
New York-based Sydell Group owns the property but had outsourced management of the property after purchasing it in 2011. Sydell took over management in April.
