PHX landlords get most bang for their buck here

Have you ever wanted to own rental property?

According to RealtyTrac's 2016 Q1 Single Family Rental Market Report, landlords in west central Phoenix get the some of the best returns for their rentals compared to other areas of the country.

The average median sales price in the 85009 zip code is $80,000.  The average yearly gross rental yield for that area is 15.8%.  

In other words, if you pay $80,000 for your property, you'd make around $12,640 each year, excluding the cost of maintenance and taxes. 

The average rental cost of a 3-bedroom in that part of the city is $1,050 a month.
