PHOENIX – Fall is upon us which means all of the terrifying monsters are lurking in the night once again. Check out our roundup of thrilling activities to do in Arizona.

Scarizona Scaregrounds

Quite possibly Arizona’s favorite place for fear. Scarizona is home to three haunted houses, a zombie paintball shoot, virtual terrors, live bands, and the Beer and Wine Cemetery where spirits come to life! Located at 1901 N. Alma School Road in Mesa, Ariz. This attraction is open from Sept. 28 through Nov. 2.

Sweeney Todd

13th Floor

One of Phoenix’s most horrifying haunted experiences. Tickets are available as early as Sept. 28. The haunted house is located at 2814 W. Bell Road in Phoenix.

Fear Farm

Immerse yourself in the pure terror of the Pumpkin Witch, Slaughterhouse, the Plague, and more when you visit one of Fear Farm’s six haunted attractions on property; the spooky fun starts Sept. 20. Fear Farm is located at 2209 N. 99th Avenue in Phoenix.

AZ Field of Screams

A haunted corn maze with new spine chilling scenes every year? Sign me up. This attraction boasts a corn field that has allegedly grown over an old cemetery. AZ Field of Screams is located at 5726 N. 75th Avenue in Glendale, Ariz. Opening day is Oct. 2!

Mount Mayhem Haunt

This family knows how to do Halloween right! Mount Mayhem Haunt is located at a private residence, where the family transforms their backyard into a terrifying haunt. Live actors and moving props will surround you as you move through the scary scenes in small groups. The family spends more than 150 hours creating this display. Mount Mayhem Haunt opens Oct. 25; it’s located at 1740 East Purdue Avenue in Phoenix.
