SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. – If you like french fries and cheese curds covered in gravy, you’re going to love the concept behind a new restaurant coming to the East Valley.

OEB Breakfast Co., opening in Scottsdale in November, will offer an entire menu of breakfast poutines.

They have eleven breakfast poutines to choose from, ranging from Confit de Canard with poached eggs and duck fat fried herb potatoes, duck confit, cranberry jam and brown butter hollandaise.

Chuncky Lobster Scramble features lobster and shrimp, duck fat fried herb potatoes, shallots, green onions, asiago cheese, and brown butter hollandaise. And yes, they even have meatless options for vegetarians.

This is OEB Breakfast Co.’s first location in America, the restaurant originated in Canada. OEB stands for three values: outstanding people, embracing evolution, and bold food integrity.

“Our chef-driven concept is led with soul, where the emphasis lies on the people that produce, create, serve and consume our fresh, iconic cuisine. On your plate? Familiar classics balanced with unreplicatable fare you simply won’t find anywhere else.”

You can check out OEB Breakfast Co. in Scottsdale, Arizona daily from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. once it opens November 18. For more information, visit EatOeb.com.
