Looking to get into the holiday spirit this year? Well, you’re in luck because Phoenix is no stranger to some pretty cool holiday festivities.

Here are five we think are worth checking out!

Phoenix ZooLights
The magic awaits you at the Phoenix Zoo this winter. Millions (yes, we said millions) of colorful lights are up from Wednesday, Nov. 21 through Sunday, Jan. 13. You’ll even be able to see some real-life reindeer. General admission is $19.95, but you can save during “value nights” and by buying your tickets online.

Peoria Old Town’s 30th Annual Holiday Festival
This celebration attracts people from all over the Valley. The festival has a variety of vendors, food, music, a kid’s zone, real snow and even an appearance from Ol’ Saint Nick himself. It’s definitely a vibe.

City Skate Ice Rink
Escape at City Skate this holiday season. Located in Downtown Phoenix, this huge ice rink has been an annual Phoenix tradition for years. A tree lighting ceremony will take place on Friday, Nov. 23. Mr. and Mrs. Claus will be in attendance!

Glendale Glitters
Another great place to see amazing lights is at Glendale Glitters. Over one-million lights will cover 16 blocks of Glendale. To get the full experience, guests should go on a weekend, where they can expect to see vendors, music, and other fun activities. Warning: it does get pretty crowded.

Illumination Symphony of Light
Starting Wednesday, Nov. 19, Illumination Symphony of Light will be illuminating Phoenix with their amazing animated, holiday drive through show. Guests can visit their Tempe or North Phoenix location to experience the magic.
