Fresh spinach, berries, candied pecans, craisins, red onions, and feta crumbles

Poppy seed dressing:

1/3 cup vegetable oil

1/3 cup white wine vinegar

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

2 tablespoons white sugar

1.5 teaspoons poppy seeds

salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons red onion
