Brown Butter-Lemon Pop
Big Bowl of popcorn
Heat one pound of butter in a skillet for 7-10 minutes or until brown
2 T. lemon zest
1/2 cup chopped chives
Season with Go lb. Mediterranean Sea Salt.

Parmesan-Parsley Pop
Big Bowl of Pop
1 pound of melted hot butter
1 cup grated Parmesan
3 T. finely chopped parsley
Sel Gris de Guerande to taste
Cracked pepper to taste
