Cafe Rio Mexican Grill's Chef prepares FRESH pico de gallo

Pico de Gallo
    6 Roma tomatoes, diced
1 small white onion, finely chopped
    1 serrano, seeded and minced
    2 limes, juiced
    1/4 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
Salt, to taste
In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Will store in a sealed container for up to 5 days.

Note: Serve with tortilla chips and over your favorite dishes, such as burritos, enchiladas, tostadas, quesadillas and more.
