LAS VEGAS — Jen Harley, a reality star on "Jersey Shore" and the on-again, off-again girlfriend of castmate Ronnie Ortiz-Magro has been arrested.
According to Clark County Court records, Harley was be booked on a domestic battery charge.
The arrest stemmed from a fight she and Ortiza-Magro had on New Year's Eve. According to the arrest report, the couple got into a fight Larry Flynt's Hustler Club about "how Harley's name appeared in a phone."
Eventually Harley walked away from the table at which the couple was sitting carrying a bottle of alcohol. Ortiz-Magro tried to grab the bottle, and Harley responded by pushing him. She then allegedly grabbed an ashtray and threw it at his face.
Photos taken after the incident show injuries to Ortiz-Magro's face. He told police he did not call them at the time of the incident because he didn't know what would happen to the couples' 9-month-old daughter. It wasn't until later that Ortiz-Magro reported the incident at a local police station.
A warrant was issued for Harley's arrest on April 17.
