Someone has won the HGTV Smart Home built in North Scottsdale.
HGTV revealed Thursday that Stacy Bolder, a school athletic director from Tomahawk, Wisconsin, won the 3,300-square-foot home. More than 87 million people entered the contest, the network said in a release.
Designer Tiffany Brooks surprised Bolder with the news at a local sports bar, HGTV said.
"It is so surreal," Boulder said, according to the release. "I never in a million years thought this would ever happen to me."
The Scottsdale home has three bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms, an indoor wet bar with wine dispenser and an outdoor pool.
