In the last two years, Uptown Plaza in central Phoenix underwent a redesign and gained three big-name restaurants -- Chicago pizza chain, Lou Malnati's; Sam Fox's Flower Child, and New York-based burger chain, Shake Shack.
This week, the complex announced that three more tenants would be moving in this year.
Although specific opening dates have not been announced, the developer said through its public relations firm that all would open within the next 90 days.
So, who's joining Uptown Plaza?
- Elly's Pancake House (Elly's Brunch & Cafe): Another Chicago eatery is coming to the Valley. Elly's has a bunch of locations around the Chicago area. This will be their first location in Arizona.
- Huss Brewing Company: The Tempe-based brewery is opening a second taproom in Phoenix's Uptown Plaza. Huss Brewing recently acquired the rights to Papago Brewing's brands.
- Nekter Juice: The California-based eatery known for its smoothies, juices and acai bowls is opening another location in the Valley. There are eight other locations in Phoenix and Scottsdale.
Still Boutique, a clothing shop, will also be joining the shopping center, and Aj's Fine Foods will undergo a remodel.
