SCOTTSDALE, AZ — The Waste Management Phoenix Open may not be for another six months, but fans can start preparing now because tickets to the 2020 golf tournament went on sale earlier this week.

Home of the famous 16th Hole, year's tournament is scheduled for Jan. 27 - Feb. 2, 2020 at the TPC Scottsdale golf course in Scottsdale.

Rickie Fowler is the defending champion.

Just like previous years, the first two days of the tournament, Monday and Tuesday, Jan. 27 and 28, are free to attend. Both days serve as practice rounds for the pros, an early Pro-Am, a trick shot show, and junior golf clinic.

The Annexus Pro-Am, which pairs the professionals with celebrities, is Wednesday, Jan. 29, followed by the tournament on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, Jan. 30 - Feb. 2, 2020.

General admission tickets are $45 for Wednesday, Thursday, or Sunday, and $60 for play on Friday or Saturday. Kids and teens, 17 and younger, are free all week when accompanying a paid adult. There are sponsorship and corporate packages also available.

The Coors Light Birds Nest, the 21-and-up venue outside the tournament gates, will hold nightly concerts, Wednesday - Saturday. Next year's lineup hasn't been announced yet. It is typically announced in the fall.

Jake Owen, Old Dominion, Midland, Brandon Lay, Lee Brice, Michael Ray, The Chainsmokers, Snoop Dogg, Martin Garrix, DJ Vice, and Justin Mylo performed at this year's tournament.
