Radio personality Matt McAllister is headed to Seattle for a new gig.
McAllister will help launch a revamped morning show at 100.7 The Wolf, a country station in Seattle, Washington, Entercom Communications Corp. confirmed in a news release on Tuesday.
Joe Wallace, a longtime producer for the then-called "Ben and Matt Show" on 102.5 KNIX, will also make the move to Seattle to produce the new show, McAllister said.
The news comes nine months after McAllister and Wallace were abruptly let go from the station.
McAllister is scheduled to be on the air in Seattle the week of Oct. 2. As for the show's name and McAllister's co-hosts, those details will be released at a later date, the release said.
