On Monday, they announced perhaps the biggest name to date. Elijah Wood, who famously played Frodo Baggins in the Lord of the Rings trilogy, will be attending the annual pop-culture convention, which runs May 23-26 at the Phoenix Convention Center in downtown Phoenix.
