Perfect Pair Bistro is set to open its third Valley location in Tempe on Monday.
The family-owned restaurant will be located off University Drive near Roosevelt Street in the building that was once occupied by Mexican eatery, Mucho Gusto.
This will be its second location in Tempe.
Owners Chris and Laura Hove opened their first location in Ahwatukee in 2013. A year later, a second location opened near Priest Drive and Ray Road in Tempe.
Perfect Pair Bistro serves a twist on modern American comfort food and uses fresh and local ingredients. They serve salads, sandwiches, tacos and flatbreads.
