PHOENIX — Ozzy Osbourne has postponed his 2019 tour, including an upcoming stop at Ak-Chin Pavilion in Phoenix, because of "an injury sustained while dealing with his recent bout of pneumonia," a statement on his website said.

According to the statement, the actor-singer fell at his home in Los Angeles, California, and "aggravat[ed] years-old injuries (from his 2003 ATV accident) that required surgery last month." He is recovering under doctor's care in Los Angeles.

In February, Ozzy was hospitalized due to complications from influenza, according to a tweet from his wife, Sharon Osbourne.

"I can’t believe I have to reschedule more tour dates. Words cannot express how frustrated, angry and depressed I am not to be able to tour right now," Osbourne said, according to the statement. "I’m grateful for the love and support I’m getting from my family, my band, friends and fans, it’s really what’s keeping me going. Just know that I am getting better every day…I will fully recover…I will finish my tour…I will be back!”

Osbourne's tour was scheduled to stop at Ak-Chin Pavilion on July 25, 2019. It has been rescheduled for July 23, 2020, according to his website.

Fans have been asked to keep their original tickets as they will be honored at the rescheduled date.
