  • Wednesday, Jan. 22, noon to 7 p.m.
  • Thursday, Jan. 23, 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.
  • Friday, Jan. 24, noon to 7 p.m.

They are looking to fill 150 positions, including bowling, laser tag, and prize redemption hosts, servers, bartenders, line and prep cooks, dishwashers, technicians, and team assistants.

Announced back in March 2019, Mavrix will be located next to Octane Raceway within The Pavilions at Talking Stick shopping center. It will have 22 bowling lanes, 85 arcade games, a laser tag arena, billiards, and 4K TVs. It will also share a patio with Octane Raceway and have outdoor backyard games.

An specific opening date has not yet been announced.

"As a long standing tenant, it’s exciting to contribute to the growth by delivering Mavrix, which will be the premier family entertainment center in the area," said Scott Sanders, CEO of Octane Entertainment, in a statement last March. "Octane Entertainment has had its sights on expansion, and when the space next door to Octane Raceway became available, it was too good to pass up.”

In recent months, Medieval Times, Great Wolf Lodge, KTR Scottsdale, and White Castle have all opened in the area joining iFly, Odysea Aquarium, Polar Play, Pangaea Land of the Dinosaurs, and the other attractions at the Odysea in the Desert complex.
