Two years after closing his popular seafood concept, Sam Fox's Fox Restaurant Concepts announced Tuesday that it would revive a taste of Little Cleo's, albeit for one day and one promotion.

Fox's restaurant is offering a family-style Cajun shrimp boil with enough food to feed four to six people, a news release said. The menu includes peeled shrimp, corn on the cob, Andouille sausage, Jambalaya rice, Jalapeno corn bread with honey butter, sweet tea, and for dessert, New Orleans-style bread pudding with raisin sauce.

The cost is $75. King Crab can be added for an additional $35, as well as options for beer, wine, and to-go margaritas.

“I am super excited to bring back a taste of Little Cleo’s, it happened to be a favorite of mine," Fox said in a statement. "As we promised our guests, we would always keep our eyes open for a new location, so we thought it would be fun to do a pop-up to-go meal for one day."

Orders have to be placed by 5 p.m. on Friday unless they sell out earlier, a spokesperson said. Orders will be ready for pickup on Saturday, April 25, between 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. The meals are served cold, but will have instructions on how to reheat them.

Little Cleo's was located inside Fox's Culinary Dropout at The Yard on 7th Street in Phoenix. He closed the seafood restaurant in 2018 in order to expand Culinary Dropout.

At the time, Fox said he was actively looking for another location to potentially reopen the concept, but that has not yet come to fruition.

In that time though, Fox has continued to expand his portfolio.

Culinary Dropout opened in downtown Gilbert. There are also plans to open Flower Child and North Italia restaurants in Gilbert, Culinary Dropout at Scottsdale Quarter, and Blanco Taco's and Tequila in downtown Phoenix.

Last year, Fox Restaurant Concepts was sold to The Cheesecake Factory Inc. Though, Fox remains in charge of his company and it remains based in Phoenix.
