PHOENIX — In roughly 100 days, the smells of deep-fried Oreo cookies, popcorn, and smoked turkey legs will fill the air as the Arizona State Fair begins its run.

That also means we will soon learn which artists and acts will be coming to this year's fair.

On Tuesday, the fair announced on its social media channels that country singer Chase Rice would perform at the fair on Oct. 24, 2019. The concert is scheduled to start at 7 p.m.

The concerts are included with fair admission, but tickets for guaranteed seating can be bought through the fair's website. Those tickets will go on sale at 10 a.m. on July 12. Fair officials did not say how much concert tickets would be.

This year's theme is "Pixel Yourself at the Arizona State Fair." The fair opens on Oct. 4, 2019 and will run through, Oct. 27, 2019.

Rice is currently touring the country on his AM/PM tour. He released his latest single, Lonely If You Are, earlier this month.
