Have you always wanted to be a cheerleader on the sidelines at Arizona Cardinals game?
Next month, the Arizona Cardinals cheerleaders will hold auditions at the University of Phoenix Stadium.
But before that, they will also offer audition prep classes before the big audition.
Prep classes:
- March 14
- March 21
- March 28
- April 4
Prep classes take place from 6:30 p.m. - 9 p.m. at the Cardinals Training Facility in Tempe. The address is 8701 S. Hardy Drive, Tempe AZ 85284. You do have to register.
Preliminary auditions:
The preliminary open auditions are scheduled for Saturday, April 8. Check-in starts at 9 a.m. while the auditions start at 10 a.m. It will end at 5 p.m. View information packet here for eligibility and rules.
Auditions will take place at University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale. The address is 1 Cardinals Drive, Glendale AZ 85305.
Semi-finals:
The semi-finals take place on Sunday, April 9.
Requirements:
Cheerleaders must be at least 18 by April 8, be a high school graduate or have G.E.D., and be able to attend all Cardinals home games.
The judges will focus on dance technique, showmanship, poise, personal appearance, physical fitness, personality, energy and professionalism.
