Ahipoki Bowl is ready to open its doors in downtown Phoenix.

A company spokesman confirmed to ABC15 on Monday that Ahipoki's fourth location near 7th Avenue and McDowell would open its doors on Wednesday, April 19 at 11 a.m.

The make-your-own Poke bowl shop has three other locations in Chandler, Scottsdale and Tempe.

Two more locations at CityScape in downtown Phoenix and at Gilbert's SanTan Village Mall are under construction.

The first 100 people in line at the Phoenix location on Wednesday will receive a free bowl. A grand opening party is planned for April 29 where bowls will be 50 percent off.

If you haven't had Poke yet, it's a Hawaiian-based dish that consists of raw fish (salmon, tuna, spicy tuna) over rice or mixed greens, or a combination of both. Guests can then top it with sauces and other toppings such as masago, crab salad, seaweed salad and green onions.
