Boxing legend Muhammad Ali has been hospitalized for a respiratory issue, his spokesman confirmed to ABC News.
He is listed in fair condition and expected to be in the hospital for a short stay, according to the report.
The spokesperson declined to say where Ali was hospitalized or when he was admitted, but did say that he was not hospitalized in Arizona.
Ali made an appearance most recently in April at the annual Celebrity Fight Night event, which brought several notable celebrities to the Valley in an effort to raise money for notable charities, including the Muhammad Ali Parkinson's Center at Barrow Neurological Institute here in Phoenix.
