It's the most wonderful time of the year! The 30th annual APS Electric Light Parade is scheduled for Saturday, Dec. 3, with pre-parade activities kicking off on Friday.

On Friday, float judging and other activities begin at 6 p.m. at North Phoenix Baptist Church. You can get an up-close look at the details that go into each float, and there will also be a free Santa's Village for kids to explore.

Then on Saturday comes the main event. ABC15's Steve Irvin and Danielle Lerner will host the parade, which begins at Central and Montebello avenues at 7 p.m. and ends at 7th Street and Indian School Road.

The parade brings in more than 100,000 people each year, so make sure you get your spot along the parade route early!

If you can't make it out, ABC15 will air the parade the following Sunday at 4 p.m.
