LEXINGTON, KY — The Richmond Police Department is looking for a 22-year-old mother who has been missing for more than two weeks.

Police in Kentucky say Savannah Spurlock was last seen on January 4, leaving The Other Bar in Lexington. She was seen in surveillance video leaving the bar with two unknown men, police say.

Police are looking to identify the men, only described at this time as one black man and one white man. The white man reportedly left the area in a black Chevy S-10 pickup truck.

A local ABC station says police have questioned three men in connection with her disappearance.

Spurlock has shoulder-length brownish-blonde hair, multiple tattoos and was wearing a black sleeveless top, maroon skirt and heels when she was last seen.

Newsweek says she has four children, including a set of newborn twins.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Richmond Police at 859-624-4776.
