Houston-based Charming Charlie Holdings Inc. filed for its second bankruptcy in two years on July 11 and plans to close all of its stores nationwide.
The fashion and accessories retailer currently has 261 stores across 38 states, including eight in Arizona.
The company leases all of its locations.
Hilco Merchant Resources LLC and SB360 Capital Partners are handling the store closures and going-out-of-business sales, according to court documents.
