A 22-year-old man died when his motorcycle crashed into a light pole in Detroit. Then, three men allegedly stole his motorcycle from the scene.
According to a preliminary investigation, the victim was driving his motorcycle in the area of South Fort near Schaefer just before 11:30 p.m. Saturday. While traveling at a high rate of speed, police say he lost control and hit a light pole.
Then three men on Harley Davidson motorcycles pulled up to the scene, loaded the victim's crashed motorcycle to a white Ford F-150 pickup truck and took off.
The victim was pronounced dead upon arrival to a local hospital.
Detroit police are still investigating.
