Coldplay sizzled through a set packed with new favorites and classic body rocking jams. The band brought their "A Head Full Of Dreams" tour to the Gila River Arena in Glendale and Arizona welcomed them with a sold out audience.

ABC15 was invited to check out the beginning of Tuesday's show.

Fans flooded into suites and floor seats with anticipatory smiles of the mini-festival to come. Coldplay pulled out all of the stops: rainbow light show magic, colorful flowers spilling over instruments, and larger-than-life balloons floating through a sea of hands lit up with special bracelets that were synchronized to flicker with the music.

What makes this tour even more impressive, than the fact it is basically a traveling Vegas show, is the philanthropic role of charities. Coldplay supports Chords 2 Cure which raises money to support pediatric cancer.
