A corrections officer has been arrested at Lewis State Prison in Buckeye.
Juan Ignacio-Ramirez is accused of having a sexual relationship with a male inmate at the facility.
According to court records, the inmate called a hotline to report it's been happening for more than year.
Ignacio-Ramirez confessed to the crime after being questioned about it on three different occasions.
