The Chandler Police Department says 23-year-old Michael Hart, suspected of a shooting at a tattoo shop Monday, has been arrested.
Police say Hart was taken into custody at a home in Mesa, near the Dobson High School campus without incident Tuesday. The school was placed on lockdown shorty while the arrest was made out of precaution.
Hart is accused of firing at least one shot in the shop during a dispute with employees. A child under the age of 10 was hurt by debris during the incident but nobody was shot.
