Phoenix fire is evaluating a woman after a water rescue in Phoenix.
Phoenix fire said the 24-year-old was trapped inside of her vehicle in a canal near 35th Avenue and Durango just before 4:00 a.m. on Monday.
Officials were able to put a ladder down to the car and get her out.
