Police are investigating after a body was located near 51st Avenue and Union Hills Drive early Monday morning.
According to the Phoenix Police Department, a death investigation is underway after the body was found. The body's identify and gender, as well as other details surrounding this, are unavailable at this time.
The area of 48th Avenue and Michigan Avenue is closed down as police continue to work on this case.
